“S-Line” is set in a near-future South Korea unsettled by a shocking phenomenon: glowing red “S Lines” appear above people’s heads, visually linking them to everyone with whom they have had sexual relationships. Once dismissed as an urban legend, the lines become terrifyingly real when certain individuals can see them unaided, exposing private histories and dismantling the boundaries of intimacy and secrecy.
The story centers on Shin Hyun-Heup, a withdrawn young woman born with the ability to see S Lines.
